REMEMBER!! HEALTHY POSTURE - HEALTHY LIFE!
You can do the sitting exercises in the office at your desk or the lying and standing ones at home (or you can encourage a healthy break in the office
and make your colleagues join you in a community stretch!) Try to do one each day or at least a minimum or 3 times a week.
Once a week is not enough to see a beneficial change. I know you can feel is hard work do it or you don't have enough time but, think in how much time
and money you will save in physios and doctor :) I promise you if you commit with these exercises at least 3 times a week you will release the pain,
improve posture and an increased mobility that will make your life much easier and pleasant!
