Chakra Healing and Restore 21 Days Program
You may have heard that chakras are energy points that line along the spine but….what does it exactly mean? I have to say it took me quite a while to grasp the concept and understand the importance of chakras in our health and life.
Chakra is a Sanskrit word meaning spinning wheels of light. Life is energy, and the chakras are about energy, the universal life force that circulates throughout our bodies, the paths through which energy flows. This means chakras are not part of our physical bodies but a part of what could be called our spiritual anatomy, and are located along the central axis, in the energy spine.
The location of the seven chakras coincide with glands, nerve centres and blood vessels, and even though they are not identical to those organs, they are closely linked to them.
The chakras represent different levels of consciousness.
The ones located at the bottom represent primitive instincts, the ones in the middle of the body, human behaviour and the ones at the top are linked
with intellectual aspects and higher states of consciousness. We have an unlimited potential in the body given by the constant flow of life force energy.
To feel this energy flowing, the chakras have to be clear so they can work at their fullest potential.
When they do, we feel healthy, at peace and nourished from the outside out.
Pamper yourself with these easy Restorative Poses and Visualizations that will improve your life and well-being. This is your time!
Suitable for all ages and conditions. No yoga experience needed

My name is Claudia and I am a skilled yoga instructor originally from Argentina, although I have been living in beautiful Ireland for sixteen years. I am also a meditation facilitator and life coach.
I have always loved exercise because of its great health and mental benefits, so I pursued a career in Sport Sciences & Physical Education, followed by innumerable training courses, where I studied different approaches to exercise as well as Anatomy, Kinesiology and Physiology in depth. In addition, I am a former gymnast who represented Argentina in several international competitions and I have coached several champions as well.
After many years of working as a PE teacher, I came to yoga and I immediately realised that yoga was the point where my natural talent for exercising and my passion met. Through the practice and teaching of yoga, I found my true best self.
Yoga made me dwell in the depths of energy and healing. I started investigating about body energy and feeling how my body and mind felt totally revitalised through my yoga practice. Yoga goes beyond fitness, it is a practice that allows us to access, heal and transform our emotions as well as our body. Yoga has definitely helped me deal with stress and become a more stable human being.
I also embarked on a fascinating course, called Heal your life, by Louise Hay, which provided me with empowering tools to continue transforming my life and help others do the same.
