I will also work with you to change patterns of activity which have led to the problem in the first place.
- I use exercises to ease your pain, helping you increasing your mobility, prevent further pain or injury
- I can help you to maintain or improve your mobility by developing fitness and wellness programs
- I work as part of your healthcare team, following the advice of your Doctor, Specialist or Physio.
- I will promote your general well being by:
