Hips Openers 21 Days Challenge - Stretch, Release, Align, Create!
Anything that bothers us emotionally or mentally shows up in the body.
When we are stressed out, our physical response is tightening and clenching. For example, if we are angry or tense we tend to clench the jaws or fists.
When we feel weighed-down by life, we tend to accumulate feelings within the shoulders.
And emotions that we cannot process……. accumulate in the hips!
The tightening of the hips is not visible as a clenched fist is, of course, but it happens:
strong emotions that are not properly processed cause stiff hips. So does a sedentary life-style!
This can lead to all sorts of problems such as poor posture and pains in the lower back and knees, to mention a few. Conversely, healthy hips allow us to move freely through a wide range of movements including sitting down, standing up, walking and running.
Hips are the centre of movement of our body, the healthier they are, the more potential our body has for stability, movement, strength and power!
I have created a special hip-opener workshop that will help you loosen, stretch and release your hips through simple yet very effective postures.
My background as a Physical Educator, Yoga instructor and former international gymnast with a wide knowledge of anatomy allows me to offer you
a safe and gentle yoga practice where you will be able to release tension and stuck emotions while stretching and opening your hips.
You will gain strength and flexibility in your hips, legs and lower back and you will definitely feel the wonders of releasing stuck tension.
The hips are energetically associated with the second chakra, the sacral chakra, our creative centre, the area that supports the organs of creation...
Working on that area helps unlock your creative centre and fosters it.
Pamper yourself with delicious hip-openers that will improve your life and well-being. This is your time!
Suitable for all ages and conditions. No yoga experience needed

My name is Claudia and I am a skilled yoga teacher originally from Argentina, although I have been living in beautiful Ireland for sixteen years.
I have always loved exercise because of its great health and mental benefits, so I pursued a career in Sport Sciences & Physical Education, followed by innumerable training courses, where I studied different approaches to exercise as well as Anatomy, Kinesiology and Physiology in depth.
In addition, I am a former gymnast who represented Argentina in several international competitions and I have coached several champions as well.
After many years of working as a PE teacher, I came to yoga and I immediately realised that yoga was the point where my natural talent for exercising and my passion met. Through the practice and teaching of yoga, I found my true best self.
I am really fond of teaching yoga to retired people since I love to make a difference in their lives.
I am always expanding my understanding of yoga and mindfulness. My wide knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology
is a crucial resource that allows me to offer a safe space where seniors can receive the wonderful benefits of yoga.
I am also a caring, genuine teacher with a non-judgemental attitude and I always make sure I build a comfortable, pleasant environment
for people to feel at ease and enjoy their yoga practice to the fullest. Teaching yoga is not my job. It is my passion!
