Yoga can help us to connect deeply with ourselves to start to listen to our body, that soft voice that let us know what is going on inside of us.
When we learn to listen, to pay attention to that voice we can avoid fall into pain or illness because we can catch the subtle signals that our body is sending before it has to scream for you to listen...
Also we can use the yoga class to practice grounding and connecting with our planet more deeply.
When we are connected fully with our Mother Earth we can have a sense of belonging and feeling that we are strong, resilient and capable to be ok even if the worse of the situation that we face.
