I have a Degree in Sport Science and Physical Education,  more than 35 years
on the field and thousand of courses to keep my knowledge updated.
And because of my work as Yoga teacher I can offer you a warm
and holistic approach, creating an comfortable atmosphere of compassion and understanding and "seeing you" as a whole person not only as a body.

My goals as your Physical Therapist
  • I will be asses your functions and movements
by observing you stand or walk and by listening to your concerns
  • I will identify the Underlying Causes:
In addition to physical assessment, we will adopt a ‘big-picture approach
taking into account any work or activity related issues
which are contributing to the problem
and social and psychological issues contributing to you physical problems.
  • We will prevent Re occurrence:
I will work with you to establish a suitable exercise or rehabilitation program to help restore you to full health
and reduce risk of re-injury. I will also work with you to change patterns of activity
which have led to the problem in the first place.
  • I use exercises to ease your pain, helping you increasing your mobility, prevent further pain or injury
and facilitate health and wellness. I will provide you with a tailored program including: exercises, videos, follow up.
  •  I can help you to maintain or improve your mobility by developing fitness and wellness programs
tailored to your specif needs,  encouraging a more healthy and active lifestyle
  • I work as part of your healthcare team, following the advice of your Doctor, Specialist or Physio.
  • I will promote your general well being by:   
Improving strength and Flexibility
Balance, and coordination
Improved mobility and movement
Fall prevention and Improved balance
Management of age-related medical problems



Physical therapists examine each person and then develops a treatment plan to improve their ability to move,
reduce or manage pain, restore function, and prevent disability.
Physical therapists can have a profound effect on people’s lives.
They help people achieve fitness goals, regain or maintain their independence, and lead active lives.
Physical therapists help patients with injuries and chronic health conditions
regain their range of motion, manage their pain, and improve their quality of life.
For example, if you need help managing lower back pain or recovering from an ACL tear, you would go to a physical therapist.
PTs play a critical role not only in treating musculoskeletal conditions,
but also in educating patients about staying fit and preventing future injuries.
Physical therapists work with patients to improve their movement and manage their pain.
PTs use a variety of techniques to help their patients, including hands-on therapy, strengthening and stretching exercises,
Physical therapists work with patients who suffer from back and neck injuries, fractures, neurological disorders,
work or sports-related injuries, and other conditions. The treatments a physical therapist chooses will depend on the patient and their injury. 
A sports therapist can help an athlete to maximize their performance through strengthening specific parts of the body and using muscles in new ways.
