My name is Claudia and I am a skilled yoga teacher originally from Argentina, although I have been living in beautiful Ireland for sixteen years.
I have always loved exercise because of its great health and mental benefits,
so I pursued a career in Sport Sciences & Physical Education, followed
by innumerable training courses, where I studied different approaches to exercise
as well as Anatomy, Kinesiology and Physiology in depth.
In addition, I am a former gymnast who represented Argentina in several international
competitions and I have coached several champions as well.
After many years of working as a PE teacher, I came to yoga and I immediately realised
that yoga was the point where my natural talent for exercising and my passion met.
Through the practice and teaching of yoga, I found my true best self.
I am really fond of teaching yoga to retired people since I love to make a difference in their lives.
I am always expanding my understanding of yoga and mindfulness. My wide knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology and Kinesiology
is a crucial resource that allows me to offer a safe space where seniors can receive the wonderful benefits of yoga.
I am also a caring, genuine teacher with a non-judgemental attitude and I always make sure I build a comfortable, pleasant environment
