We start with a beautiful gentle yoga class to relax, let go and feel at home in your own body, followed by a walk in nature in the beautiful surroundings of the Heywood Gardens and Mass Lough.
Lunch in the local cafe, finishing with a Restorative Loving Care Yoga.
Coffees and tees, great company, loving energy and contact with nature to finish nourished, relax and happy!
