My name is Claudia Gutierrez originally from Argentina,
I am a Reiki and Massage Theraphist and Access Bar Practitioner.
Also a Meditation and Louise Hay Facilitator, Life Coach,
which provided me with empowering tools to continue transforming
my life and help others do the same.
With Degree in Sport Sciences and Physical Education,
I have been working as a Yoga, Fitness and Physical Education

Originally from Argentina, although I have been living in beautiful Ireland for sixteen years.
I have always loved exercise because of its great health and mental benefits, so I pursued a career in Sport Sciences
& Physical Education, followed by innumerable training courses, where I studied different approaches to exercise
as well as Anatomy, Kinesiology and Physiology in depth.
In addition, I am a former gymnast who represented Argentina in several international competitions
and I have coached several champions as well.
While working as a PE teacher, I came to yoga and I immediately realised that yoga and energy healing
was the point where my natural talent for exercising and my passion met.
Through the practice and teaching of yoga and the knowledge gained
in my training as Life Coach and Louise Hay facilitator I found my true best self.
Yoga, Positive Affirmations and Meditation made me dwell in the depths of energy and healing.
I started investigating about body energy, Reiki and Chakra Healing and I notice the immense power of transformation
that all these techniques combined can create in ourselves.
These practices allows us to access, heal and transform our emotions as well as our body.
