I always adapt the poses to your own level of fitness and flexibility so you can enjoy the experience and the process of becoming the new you!
The class include a series of postures, breathing and deep relaxation followed by meditation at the end. The main focus of the class is to improve strength, stamina and flexibility coupled with mental relaxation. All of which will assist in sharpening the mind and body, enhancing ones lifestyle.
We encourage you to explore your own edge mindfully as you grow your practice, strengthen your body, expand your heart and free your mind.
With Yoga you will be able to discover your body’s healing capacities, reduce your levels of stress and body fat, regain your core strength and relax feeling at home in your own body!
