Claudia Gutierrez is a former Argentinean Gymnastic Champion and founder of Yoga Fitness Dublin with 30 years of experience as a Physical Educator, Fitness and Yoga Instructor.
With an Honor Bachelor Degree in Sport Science and Physical Education (Major in Sport Training and Gymnastics), she is constantly updating her knowledge and expertise and has attended several Symposiums of Medicine.
Her classes are focus on adapt the yoga and fitness exercises to the needs of the people and not the other way around.
