Yoga for Stretch and Relax - 7th May

Wednesday 15th April: Today we focus on Hips Openers and Forward and Back Bends e and of course savasana!
Yoga for Stretch and Relax - 9th May

Easter Sunday: Today we focus in Neck and shoulders area to release pain and stiffness and of course savasana!
Wednesday 8th April: Today we focus on twist and stretching for arms and shoulder blades. Chest Openers and Relaxing Bridge and of course savasana!
Sunday 5th April: Today we work in forward bends using the chair. Plus the usual stretches for arms, shoulders and neck and of course savasana!

Wednesday 1st April: Today we work in triangle and revolved triangle using the chair.
Plus the usual stretches for arms, shoulders and neck and of course savasana!

Monday 30th March Class: Today we work in forward bends with legs open to mobilize hips using the chair.
Plus the usual stretches for arms, shoulders and neck and of course savasana!
